Reception - WB 2.3.20

Hi everyone,

We have started a new story in Literacy this week called 'The Journey Home'. We met Hattie Peck, the main character and learnt how she loved eggs, espeically eggs that hatch. We explored different types of eggs which hatch and made a list of all of these animals.

On Wednesday we had a lovely trip to the local library. We completed some World Book Day activites and listened to some wonderful stories. This led us nicely into World Book Day on Thursday where everybody came into school dressed as some wonderful book characters. We had a lovely day enjoying lots of different and new stories.
