Good Afternoon,

This week we have continued with our pirates theme in class. We have been creating our own versions of 'Ten Little Pirates' around the classroom, as well as creating posters to help save a pretty princess who had been captured by one of the pirates! There has been lots of opportunities for mark making this week and for children to practice using the sounds they have been taught in Ready Steady Read.

During our themed curriculum sessions, children have been learning about the the season 'Autumn'. We have been on an Autumn walk around school to spot the different features and also created Autumn paintings with the leaves we collected.
