Wow Team 3, what another busy week we have had!

In our English learning we have finished reading our focus text ‘Counting on Katherine’. We learnt about her involvement in the Apollo 13 mission and created a description of the explosion and subsequent aftermath. At the end of the week, we then began collecting information about Katherine Johnson in preparation for creating a non-chronological report about her life next week.

In our math’s learning, we concluded our learning about placing three-digit numbers on a blank number line and moved onto counting in ones, tens and hundreds from any given number up to 1000.
