What a wonderful week in Team 1...

It really has been a wonderful week in Team 1 and we have really began to work together as a happy team.

This week in English we have put our invention caps on and have changed our story 'The Three Little Pigs' into 'The Three Little Mermaids'. The wolf has now become a shark and the materials used to build the houses are now rocks, shells and seaweed. All very creative ideas which the children came up with!!

In maths we have been using our 100 sqaure to count in 2's and 10's and have been working on finding more or less than a number, which we are now experts at!

We have also had a lot of focus on friendships this week and as a team have created green words to show things we should be doing as a friend and red words which we shouldn't be doing as a friend. You can see these hanging up over the carpet in our classroom! We also know how to solve any problems and turn something red into green, which has helped us be such a happy team this week. Lets keep it up!
