Reception - WB 22.4.19

Good Afternoon,

We came back to school this week with lots of stories about our Easter weekend. Lots of children had a visit from the Easter bunny and told all of their friends about the Easter eggs they had recieved!

During our literacy time this week, we have been creating our own stories based on a crocodile. The children created their own story maps and retold their stories very confidently. They the nwrote their stories using all of their developing writing skills. There were some very impressive stories!!

In maths we have been representing numbers in different ways up to 20. The children have developed their independent maths skills this week, completing short tasks on their own with minimal support.
