Reception - WB 10.5.21

Hello Everyone!

All of the children have been so engaged in Learning Time this week! We've had so much investigation, exploration and excitement, that the children have created themselves using all of the classroom provision. We've had puppet shows, children building their own zoo's, role play on an aeroplane, water investigations and much much more. It's been so lovely to see the children flourish in the classroom this week!

In maths, we have been focusing on building our addition skills to 10 and have been using different concrete resources to help solve a range of addition questions. Some children have been reading different addition questions that contain the addition & equals symbol and some children have been writing their number sentence out too.

During our afternoon learning, we've been learning about the airport. Children have learnt about the roles at an airport and what it is like to be onboard a plane.
