Hi all,

Welcome back!!

On Wednesday, we went on a fantastic trip to Delamere Forest. Along with our grown ups, we had a lovely breakfast in school, before heading to the forest on a coach. We took part in lots of activities throughout the day including stream dipping, pond dipping, den building and nature walks. The children explored the nature around them and flourished in the outdoor environment. We had such a wonderul day, where the sun shined all day long. It was very lovely to have so many parents with us!!

On our return to school, we have been busy learning all about Bonfire Night. We have learnt about the reasons we celebrate bonfire night, who Guy Fawkes was and what fireworks are. We've spoke about the importance of being safe around fireworks and learnt about the steps we take to make sure we are safe.
