Good Afternoon all,

Welcome back after half term; we hope you all had a fabulous break. Here's hoping for much better weather and more sunshine, as we enter Spring this half term.

We've had a pirate themed week in school this week. We came back to school, to find a pirate corner that was filled with lots of treasure, jewellery and pirate coins. It also contained a pirate book book called 'The Pirate's are Coming'. The children have really enjoyed reading this story this week and completing Literacy activities to go with it.

On Thursday, it was World Book Day! Children came to school dressed as different characters from their favourite books and all the costumes were just fabulous! We celebrated books ALL DAY and took part in a special storytime with other classes from school.
