Team 1 - WB 27.11.17

In English this week we have continued to learn how to write a letter. We have been imitating our own class focus letter using a story map and identifying the main features of a letter. Towards the end of the week we began to innovate our letter, changing different parts in preparation for writing next week!

In maths we have been learning more about the addition symbol and how we use it within a number sentence. We have learnt how the addition and equal symbol can be moved and the number sentence still be correct. We visualised this using the Numicon and then applied these skills to different star challenges.

During our afternoon learning, children have been learning about Jesus in R.E and listening to some of his famous stories such as feeding the 5000.
