Good Afternoon,

In English this week we've been focusing on our text 'The Lion Inside' and applying words with the suffix ending -er to our sentences. We read all the way to the end of the story and found out what happened when Mouse finally met Lion!!

In maths we have been continuing with our how many less stories and recording these as a number sentences using the correct symbols. We've also been applying our skills to different two step problems.

This week we have also been practicing and finally performing our class assembly to parents and the rest of the school. Our assembly was focused on our history topic 'Tremendous Toys' and we showed everyone what we have been learning. The children were fabulous and showed so much confidence throughout the performance. A very proud Miss Steen -  Well done everyone!
