Team 1 Wb 11.3.19

Team 1 have had a fantastic week this week and have loved the extra science learning which has taken place for our whole-school science week! There were some fantastic costumes to begin the week and the children were enthusiastic learners throughout! 

We have been focusing on our science learning about plants and are very excited that our bean plants started to grow this week. We have been observing and recording what we can see. We have also learned about healthy lifestyles, discussing food and exercise. On Friday we learnt about Alexander Graham Bell and his achievements. 

In English, we have been planning our strories and have written the start. We are looking forward to continuing on Monday! In maths we have been learning about the link between addition and subtraction, using a bar model to help us understand this. 

Well done Team 1, I am looking forward to catching up with all our families this week at Parents' Evening.
