What a magical final week of term!

We have had a very memorable week this week in Team 1! With Christmas patries, Christmas dinner, the Chocolate Nativity, a pantomine and a visit from Santa himself, it has definitely been a week to remember. 

Amongst all the Christmas activities we have also been working hard with our hardwriting, practising our addition and subtraction and also completing our maths unit on position.

In French this week, we looked at some of the Christmas traditions in France. We learnt that a lot of their traditions are similar to ours but they do leave their shoes out on Christmas Eve in the hope that they will be filled with gifts. 

The children took home their Christmas books on Friday too. We hope you enjoy them. We are very proud of all of the children for the work that they put in and they look beautiful - well done Team 1, you should be very proud of yourselves. 

Finally, thank you to all of our wonderful parents for your support over the last term. It has been an absolute pleasure teaching your children and we are so very excited to see what next year will bring!
