Team 1 Wb 12.11.18

This week in Team 1 we have had a visitor to our classroom. On Monday, we discovered that lots of things in our classroom had been nibbled. After some investigations, we have found that it is Nibble the book-nibbling monster who has been visiting our classroom! We have been reading about how he nibbles his way into stories and changes what happens. So far, he has nibbled into Goldilocks and the Three Bears! We can't wait to find out which stories he will nibble into this week!

In maths, we have been working on addition, using picture and the part-whole model to help us write addition number sentences. 

This week in My Happy Mind, in PSHE and during our Superhero day on Friday, we have been focusing on our character strengths and how we can use these to help ourselves and others. We also linked this to our work for anti-bullying week, talking about which of our character strengths make us a good friend.
