What a fabulous return Team 1.

We have been straight back to our learning this week. We have been exploring our new text ‘Toys in Space’ in English. We have been practising to use our full stops and capital letters correctly and also understanding and using the prefix –un.

In Maths, we have started our multiplication work and the children have been doing a fabulous job with finding equal and unequal groups and doubles.

We have also spent some time this week exploring stop, understand and consider to support us with relating to others. As part of our My Happy Mind unit. We have also learnt what it takes to be an active listener.

Finally, on Friday we went on our school trip to Chester Zoo. The children were fabulous and represented our school beautifully. We had a fabulous day exploring and consolidating our science learning and exploring the legacy of George Mottershead.
