Team 1 Wb 17.9.18

This week in Team 1 we have worked really hard on our letter and number formation. We have been being very careful using the lines in our books to make our writing the best it can be! 

In maths, we have also been focusing on different ways we can represent numbers to 10. We've used numicon, cubes, objects, pictures, numerals and words. 

This week in science, we discussed our senses and how they help us understand the world around us. We played some games to help us understand which parts of our bodies we use for each sense. In topic, we started thinking about our school and local area. We then looked at some birds-eye or aerial plans and some of us had a go at making a plan of our classroom. In RE, we learnt more about Jesus and his diciples, by learning about the story of him feeding the 5000. 

To finish off our busy week, we had a great time dressing up for our Mouse Mania!
