Team 1 - W/B - 27.11.23

Another very busy week for Team 1.

This week we have been working very hard to finish and publish our Christmas stories. The children have written about their own magical adventures in Lapland. We have also been designing the front covers for our Christmas books and we cannot wait for you to see them. We are sure you will be extremely proud, just as we are!

In maths, we have been working on subtraction and looking at how to subtract by crossing out or by using number bonds. We have also been looking at positional language and considering first, second and third.

In DT, we made our sandwiches with Mrs Coman-Jones and the children considered all the different aspects of food hygiene and preparation. 

We have also been working extremely hard on our Christmas Nativity. The children have been fabulous whilst delivering their lines, acting as their character and singing and dancing.
