Team 1 Wb 29.4.19

This week, Team 1 have been very busy practising for our class assembly, which will take place on Thursday 9th May at 9:15- we hope you can join us! We have been practising our singing, our poem, our lines and using our art skills to make the props! We are very excited to show you what we have done! 

This week we were also able to take part in a tennis taster session- which we loved! Team 1 took part enthusiastically and had a great time! In Engish, we have been focusing on using the past tense and adding the 'ed' ending to verbs. We have been reading the start of our new class text 'The Curious Case of the Missing Mammoth' and we are looking forward to finding out what happens next. 

In maths, we have been working on measures and measuring accurately using cubes and counters- next week we will start using centimeters.
