Another busy week...

In English, we continued to work on our performance poetry with the children creating their own personification poem and performing it to the class. We also started our new fiction unit where we will be looking at traditional tales, in particular the Three Billy Goats Gruff.

In Maths, we have been working on multiplication. We have been using arrays and also worked on the grid method.

During our afternoon learning, we have been taking photographs with iPads, locating British cities and drawing landscapes. Also, during our P4C lesson about the book ‘Something Else’ the children discussed the question ‘Why do some people not respect others?’ They came up with some fantastic ideas and also thought about ways to encourage respect.
