Team 3 WB 10.6.24

Team 3 have had a lovely week with some more exciting learning!

In English we have been further exploring our shakespear play-script; the Merchant of Venice. During our lessons we learnt the importance of having the key features to a play and performed Scene 2 ourself in groups!

In maths we have been busy doing our end of year tests.

• I am so proud of the children’s resilience when answering challenging questions and efforts during the assessments.

In science this week we learnt about how light reflects. We put theory into practice through 2 activities: mirror mazes and mirror messages. Learning CAN be so much fun!

In art we began to draw African animals after being inspired by Leon Evans, our key artist. We explored the difference between B pencils and used our sketch techniques to create a masterpiece!
