What an amazing start to the new year!

Team 4 have had a poetry focus this week, as we have been learning about the features of narrative poetry. We have been busy reading a diverse range of poems, creating our toolkit, learning about poetic features and we have started to create our own poem about a monster.

In maths, we have been working on identifying efficient methods for addition and subtraction and we have also been looking at estimating.

During our afternoon learning, we have been discussing the characteristics of a good friend and we have been learning the names of colours in French.

A lovely week of learning.
