Team 5: w/b 12.12.16

Our new class teacher, Mrs Raynor, has been in to visit Team 5 this week and we're all excited for her to start teaching after the Christmas break! Team 5 have been working hard to complete their Christmas books, as well as enjoying themselves at the Christmas party and playing whole school pass the parcel. 

Towards the end of the week, Team 5 had a focus day on 'Pete's Dragon', the film that we went to see earlier in the autumn term. This day followed a cross-curricular approach, focusing on both writing and artwork in relation to the film. We also finished our christmas cards, which will be ready to go home with the children at the end of next week. To end the week, we went to see the Year 3/4 Christmas Markets, which were a resounding success and the children thoroughly enjoyed making cultural purchases and having a look around!
