Team 5 w/b 13.1.20

This week, Team 5 have been writing scary descriptions of characters and settings.  We’ve been using expanded noun phrases like ‘withered branches’ and similes like ‘eyes as red as a poison berry’ as well as personification such as ‘the blood moon glared angrily down at the ghostly forest’. 

In Maths, we’ve been working on related facts for our times tables and on using existing facts to help us work out new ones such as 34 x 7.
