Team 5 WB 15.5.23

The fabulous Team 5 have packed an awful lot in this week.

On Monday the children enjoyed practising cricket skills in PE. On Tuesday we completed some learning about Islam and talked about how people find peace in our Religious Education lesson. We also practised our French learning and used some vocabulary for emotions. On Wednesday afternoon we developed our sewing skills and started stitching pieces of material together. On Thursday we completed some geography work to identify features of the landscape in the UK, including naming the highest mountains.

On top of all this we have learned about decimals in maths and how to compare them to fractions. In English we returned to our Paper Bag Prince text and we looked at writing a persuasive letter to the council.

Phew! I think we will all be ready for a rest this weekend. Take care everyone.
