Team 5 w/b 16.1.17

This week, Team 5 have continued to explore 'Adventure at Sandy Cove' through various drama activities, leading to some excellent writing-in-role based around the story.  The end of the week lead on the the class innovating their own versions of the story with Mrs Raynor, and I can't wait to read what they've come up with on Monday!

Team 5 have begun learning about fractions in maths, focusing on the link with decimal numbers and percentages.  We have also finished our learning around division for the time being; however, we will be moving on next week to focus on factors and multiples, so it is still really important to be practising times tables at home (even if you feel like you know them all!)

Team 5 continue to impress me with their enthusiasm to learn more conversational French, and it's been lovely to see the extra effort many children have been applying to their french learning.  Keep up the hard work Team 5!
