Team 5 WB 19.9.22

In Team 5 this week, we have been busy baking, making, dancing and exploring!

Mrs Caroe had everyone’s mouth-watering on Wednesday, when the class designed and made their own pitta bread pizza. They smelled divine!

On Thursday, we used play dough and atlases to make the shape of North America and named the countries. We then tested our knowledge in a free online game - https://world-geography-games.com/americas.html.

In English, the class have been finding out about the main character in our Queen of the Falls text. This sixty-two year old lady decided to go down Niagara Falls in a barrel! Today the children held a debate to generate reasons about why she should or should not do it.

Alongside a street dance taster session, rocket making in science and Simon Says in French, it has been a lot of fun this week!
