Well done Team 5 - we have made it to the end of another very busy half term. In fact, when I look back – I can’t believe how much we have fitted in: May Pole, Bikeability a fieldwork trip and much more!

This week the children have started a project about local environmental issues. We have devised a questionnaire to try and find out what local people feel are important so that we can try to tackle these.

The children have been completing poems about “home” for an inter-school performance poetry competition. I have been thrilled with the quality of the work produced and I had to ask Mrs Wyatt to step in and help me with the judging process. Well done to all of the children who stood up and read aloud their poem – what a talented bunch.

We hope that everyone has a super holiday.
