This week has flown past!

We started the week with an assembly about the poppies and the significance of these for remembrance. We read a book in our No Outsiders lesson to learn more and develop our conversation further. On Friday, we stood on the playground together and had a minute of reflection time.

We have been busy writing and editing in our English lessons this week. Each child has produced a diary in the role of the heroine from Queen Of The Falls text as the grand finale to this unit of learning.

In afternoon learning, our budding Steven Spielburg’s have been making and editing their movies. It has been a real challenge to use these movies to capture the learning from the geography topic this term but we think we have done a good job! We would like to invite parents and families to come and watch these on Thursday 16^th at 6pm if they are able to.
