Team 5 Wk beg 7.3.22

Team 5 have had a super week!

In English, we have been very busy! Firstly, we completed our poetry work about refugees. We then returned to our Lost Happy Endings unit and completed some work on character and setting descriptions. The children were able to apply their learning about imagery in their writing and we were very impressed with the quality of this work.

In maths, we have learned about prime numbers, squared numbers and cubed numbers this week. This has involved lots of practical work with multilink cubes to embed our understanding.

Other highlights of the Team 5 week have included meeting the chicks from Reception, learning a new set of skills in playground leaders training and some more fabulous Disney art with Mrs Caroe.
