Team 6- Wb 16.1.17

This week in Team 6 we have been busy starting our new class text 'The Man who Walked Between the Towers', based on the story of Phillipe Petit and his famous tightrope walk. We have learnt the opening to the story, doing actions and following the story map. 

This week we have had lots of visitors into our class. On Wednesday we hosted the opening of our new all-weather track. We wrote and did a presentation about the Daily Mile and then we demonsrated how we do our Daily Mile each day. 

On Friday,Graham Evans, MP, came to visit us and to talk to us about British Values and Individual Liberty and we had the opportunity to ask him some questions. We really enjoyed his visit and found it really interesting. 

Finally, well done to our Big Cheese of the Week- Sammi Lunt, for showing wonderful collabortation in the way she works with others, and to Jacob Lamb- our raffle winner.
