Team 6 wb: 27.1.25

It has been a busy iand fun week in Team 6 :)

In Art this week, we drew bugs with detailed patterns and realistic features. Mrs Caroe taught us how to do cross hatching and hatching in this unit. The final pieces look incredible ane everyone has worked so hard on them,

There was also a Maths competition that a couple of our class went at Helsby High school this week. They came third and sadly did not proceed to the final. However, Mrs Wyatt said how fantastic they were as a team and how close they came in the end. We are very proud of them!

This week in Maths, we have been exploring conversions of measurements. We have been converting measurements of length and mass. It's been quite tricky, but we have all perservered.

To end the week, we had a long read and hot chocolate which the class enjoyed. Later in the day we did geography and Beat the teacher times tables. To finish off the day we did mouse mania which was a game of capture the flag. It was incredibly fun and a great way to end a jam-packed week!
