Team 6 Wb 6.2.17

This week in Team 6 we started the week by editing and improving our writing from last week- our balanced arguements entitled 'Should mobile phones be banned for children under 12?'. In English, we then went on to plan and write the beginning of our sequels to 'The Man who Walked Between the Towers', which we will be finishing next week. 

In maths we have been rounding decimals and multipling and dividing them by 10, 100 and 1000. We have also continued to develop our arithmetic skills in lots of areas of maths. 

Lots of our other learning this week was linked to e-safety and using technology safely. We watched vidoes and discussed this topic in depth. The children impressed me with their level of understanding and advice they could give about on-line safety. We then created PowerPoints to share with others to help them understand this very important topic.
