Team 6 - wb 6.9.21

Hi everybody!  Welcome to our Team 6 blog.  Your kids have done well this week!!!  A special congrats to Charlotte on being awarded the first Big Cheese certificate.

This week has been a busy one as it has been our first week back.

As part of history, we have been learning about WW2.  We have learned about rationing, why WW2 started and what countries were involved.

In Maths, we have been working on place value and intervals.

We have been reading Crater Lake in class which has definitely been a favourite.  It is a spooky story set in a residential - not to mention that they are in Year 6 like us!!! Even though it's a bit spooky it is very funny.  Jennifer Killick is a humorous author and we can't wait to read more!!!

We will have a lot more adventurous things to write about next week as it is our residential so make sure that keep a look out for next week's blog!!!
