Team One - WB 9.10.23

Hi all,

It has been so wonderful to be back in school and enjoying lots of fun learning with Team One. Both children and parents have made me feel so welcome and I am incredibly grateful for your support and kindness.

This week we have been establishing routines and been very busy in our learning! We have been reading the story of 'Lost and Found' and have been working on retelling the story in our own words. I have been so impressed with the children's imagination and creativity, as well as their beautiful handwriting, presentation and the pride they take in their work!

In maths, we have been looking at number bonds and comparing different numbers to see which is greater or smaller. In geography, we have been thinking about our local area and the routes we use to travel to school. We have also made maps of our school grounds.

This afternoon we enjoyed a dress up party for Mouse Mania and played lots of fun games in the hall.
