Week beginning 24th April

Team 5 have this week been looking at the classic story Alice in Wonderland. We are looking at portal stories and loved the idea of falling down a hole and finding ourselves in a different land. In maths, we have been learning about angles. After investigating angles in the environment, we have learnt how to accurately measure the degrees of an angle. 

The highlight of our week was our visit to Preston Brook on Friday. A full day of activities involving problem solving, decision making and team work. Also the use of IT to control objects to complete tasks. We were amazed at the size of the building and just how many people worked there.
