Week beginning 5th June

After our half term break, Team 5 were ready to hit the last half term of the year head on. There were several maths lesson with Mrs Holbrook during the week as we revistited place value. It was also science week. During class time, we investigated different materials and whether changes which occured with them were reversible  or not. We also had several opportunities to increase our scientific knowledge through visits from a local vet and her gorgeous dog and a less cute but equally interesting corn snake and lizard. Most of us were even brave enough to touch them!

Although we were disappointed that Sports Day has been cancelled, it didn't stop us  from researching and reporting upon an animal of our choice to produce a mini documentary.
