Team 1 Wb 13.5.19

This week in Team 1 we have been focusing on measures in maths. We have been measuring mass and volume using balances, and various different containers. We have been focusing on comparing measures using greater than and less than as well as words such as heavier, heaviest, lighter and lightest. 

In English, we have been continuing to read our class text 'The Curious Case of the Missing Mammoth', describing charaters and writing sentences using time order words. 

In PE this week, we practised for sports day, and in RE we have been talking about the concept of 'belonging' and all the different groups to which we belong. 

Well done to all the Team 1 children who came to our school sleepover on Friday- you were wonderfully behaved and a pleasure to spend time with.
