Team 3 WB 22.1.24

Date: 25th Jan 2024 @ 1:52pm

Team 3 have had a great week and have finished the week off learning about road safety with our local PCSO. We learnt some very important skills like stop, look and listen, hoods down when crossing the road and how to cross when there is a parked car.

In English we finally read to the end of 'The Stone Age Boy'. We debated whether it was fiction or non fiction due to some factual information however the ending made us question if it was all a dream or not. Next week we will be planning our final piece and making our own story.

In maths we have come to the end of our 'length' unit. We now know that there are 100cm in 1 meter and 10mm in a centimetre. We cant wait to find out what our next unit will be....

In History this week we develop our knowledge of the stone age periods. We noted some key points in each of the 3 periods of the stone age and made a fantastic page to help us remember. We are excited for next week when we will become cave humans and do our own paintings!

Have a lovely weekend!
