Team 4 - 30.1.17

Date: 3rd Feb 2017 @ 2:56pm

A very busy week in Team 4.

In guided reading we have been learning about Chinese New Year and in English we have been using our science knowledge to write a story about the life cycle of a snowman. We even had our own ‘snowmen’ in class and we measured how quickly they melted.

In maths, we have been learning about area and perimeter and we have been creating bar graphs showing the population of different European countries.

During our afternoon learning, we have been completing P4C and PHSE where we had to discuss a range of dilemmas and think about the choices we would each make if we were faced with these challenges.  We have also been completing some beautiful work that shows our understanding of the water cycle.

Our residential letters were sent home on Friday. Team 4 will have some fantastic learning opportunities during our stay at Tattenhall. If you have any questions please come in and see me.

I hope you have a fantastic weekend and I will see you next week.

Miss Foster.
