Team 5 B 3.7.23

Another great week in Team 5.

This week the children have been painting their super pieces of pottery in art. They have been learning about humanism in RE. We learned that humanism is a philosophy rather than a religion and it sparked some interesting discussions. In maths we have been using a protractor to measure angles and learning that there are 180 degrees on a straight line and 360 degrees for a complete turn (around a point).The children have finished The Hunter text in English and we are now writing our own story about a character who finds a lost animal.

We have transition day coming up on Tuesday 11^th July where the children will be getting used to their new Year 6 classroom and teachers.
