Team 5 have had another busy week!

In maths, we have been working on our rounding and in English we have been editing letters and also planning our non-chronological reports about famous black heroes.

For science, we each created our KWL grid for our new topic of forces and the children shared what they already know and what they would like to find out during our learning.  In geography, our topic of North America was further enhanced when we studied population distribuition throughout the USA and offered suggestions as to why certain areas were more densely populated than others. The children considered various physical and human characteristics that can effect where people settle. 

This week, we have also continued with our community art project and the children explained their dreams that they created the week before. It is getting very exciting and we still don’t know what the final piece will be.
