What a wonderful week in Team 5!

In Maths, we've been hard at work on our fractions.  We've mastered converting between improper and mixed number fractions and we're working on converting denominators so that we can compare fractions accurately.  

In Reading, we were sad to finish our class novel, Cosmic, but excited to start our new one - The Boy at the Back of the Class.  We've spent a few days learning about the context around the book - about refugees and the civil war in Syria.

On Thursday we performed the Maypole for our parents and it went absolutely brilliantly.  The sun even peeked through for part of it.
